From 10AM (if joining caravan - see itinerary below) or 12AM to 3PM at LG Motorsports.
Event caravan kicks off at 10am from Apex Automotive – everyone will be arriving at LG Motorsports around 12pm. Lou Gigliotti, former professional race car driver, has kindly offered to host the event on his 250 acre private ranch. There will be a mixture of beautiful cars, Cuban hand rolled cigars, different food trucks, a 4-station shooting range (BYOG) and much more!

If you are participating in the Caravan up to LG Motorsports, we will meet at APEX Automotive at 10:00AM and DEPART AS A GROUP AT 11:00AM to LG Motorsports.

We want this to be a fun and SAFE environment. We will have the City of Anna & Melissa Police Department, Fire Chief of Winchester, and a certified gun range instructor leading the shooting sessions.
You must be 21 years or older to drink alcoholic beverages, you may NOT drink prior to shooting and will lose your ‘shooting’ wristband if you have any alcoholic beverage during the event – further, we reserve the right to deny anyone shooting privileges or entry for any reason as this is private property.
THIS RSVP IS NOT A GUARANTEED SPOT TO SHOOT, THOSE ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.

Itinerary:
- 11:00am – Vendors/Food Trucks arrive at LG Motorsports to begin setting up booths/tables. *Please arrive no later than 11:30am.*
- 12:00-12:15pm – Caravan arrival time at LG Motorsports
- 12:45pm: *MANDATORY* gun safety meeting if you are participating/providing products for the shooting portion of the event.
- 12:15-3:00pm – Shooting experience & Mix and Mingle with car, cigar and gun enthusiasts.
